Entry Level Tech Support Associate
Entry level Tech Support Associate to provide Software/Hardware support on the phone. Good troubleshooting and communication skills is a must. Should have good understanding of Windows XP, PC Hardware, Anti-Virus/Virus removal, Peer to Peer Windows Networking, Routers and Firewalls. Understanding of Pharmacy Business or Insurance processing is a plus.
  • Strong troubleshooting and communications skills.
    • Windows XP certification or A+ certification preferred.
    • Strong knowledge of Windows environment.
Senior Tech Support Associate
Senior Tecgh Support Associate to provide Level II support and handle escalated calls. Must have 3+ years expereince in providing Tech Support in a dynamic and fast paced environment. Advanced knowledge of PC hardware, Operating systems (Windows) and Networking required. Pharmacy or Insurance processing related expereince is a plus.
  • At-least 3+ years experience in provide Tech Support to end users in a fast paced environment.
  • BS in Information systems related field required.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and communication sklls.
